We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. So here is a list of most commonly asked questions and answers to help you while visiting our site.

When will my order ship?

Our shirts are made fresh-to-order. Typically, they're printed and shipped within 10 business days. Please be patient and if you have any questions, send us a message on our Instagram or email us at service@shopkrisp.com

What shipping carrier do you use?

We ship with USPS and UPS.

Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship within the U.S.

How much are your shipping costs?

Standard shipping is $5.99 and usually takes around 2-6 business days of transit time. We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over $75.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. It may take a few hours for the tracking to update. You'll also receive an email when your package is delivered to ensure you received it.

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards. You can also pay via PayPal.

Do you have a retail store?

Not yet but soon! 

What is your return policy?

You deserve to be completely happy with your purchase. Returns can be made on all products in new condition (unworn/unwashed) with tags still attached within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note we cannot refund the original shipping cost.

We'll send you a prepaid shipping label to send the returned item(s) back to us. Note: $3 will be deducted from refund amount for shipping. If the item was an incorrect order or received damaged, we'll take care of the shipping for you.

International orders/sales (Canada) are final.

How do I request a return?

Email us at service@shopkrisp.com with your name, order number, and the item(s) you'd like to return.

We'll respond as soon as we can and e-mail you a prepaid shipping label. 

Enclose original packing slip with item(s).

Print and secure shipping label to package.

Drop the package at your nearest USPS Drop-off location.

Once your item(s) are received by us & inspected, we'll email you the status of your return within 24 hours. If your return is approved, you will be refunded the original form of payment. Refunds to your account may take 3-4 business days to process depending on your card issuer.
